The Alewife Shuttle for Windsor Village connects Alewife Station on the MBTA Red Line with Windsor Village Apartments in Waltham.

This service operates during rush hours only, with AM service to Alewife and PM service from Alewife. The bus ride takes about ten minutes.

Fares

Ridership on the Windsor Village shuttle requires a pass which can be purchased at the Windsor Village Management Office at 976 Lexington Street, Waltham, MA.  Fares vary; contact the Windsor Village Management Office at 781-891-7813 for current fare information.

Days of Operation

Shuttle routes operate Mondays through Fridays during the peak hours only. There is no weekend, holiday, or midday service. The shuttle does not provide service on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day
