Monica G. Tibbits, AICP, LEED AP BD+C is the Executive Director of the 128 Business Council. Working in regional planning and transportation, Monica’s specialty areas are transportation planning, urban design, and sustainability. Her work experience includes public sector transit planning at the MBTA Advisory Board and as Executive Director of TransitWorks. In addition, Monica has worked in regional planning and development the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC), the City of Columbus Planning and Development office, and the Greater Linden Development Corporation. She received a Masters of City and Regional Planning degree from the Ohio State University in Columbus and Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Southern Indiana. An active member of the research community, Monica has been a speaker at the New England Sociological Association Conference, the Association for Commuter Transportation International Conference, and the Research, Innovation, Scholarship, and Creativity Symposium. In her work and research, she is most interested in developing regional strategies that integrate transportation and sustainable practices. Working towards this goal, Monica’s current work involves suburban and metropolitan transportation planning to improve and promote sustainable transportation practices throughout the region.

Lisa A. Bilozur is currently the Director of Operations of the 128 Business Council. Lisa performs a dual role, responsible for all of the 128 Business Council’s shuttle systems as well as office operations. Shuttle operations responsibilities include budgeting, mapping, route creation, scheduling, ridership statistics, customer service, marketing materials development and primary communication with vendors, drivers and riders. Office operations responsibilities include the supervision of communication with member company contacts, benefit explanation on-site member event scheduling and production. Lisa is also responsible for accounting (invoicing and accounts payable) marketing materials development, educational materials creation, as well as office management. Lisa has 10 years of experience with the Council and is a graduate of Regis College.
Patrick Sullivan, LEED Green Associate

Patrick Sullivan is the Director of Policy & Outreach at the 128 Business Council. In this role Patrick is charged with overseeing community outreach and transit coordination projects within the 128 corridor. Additionally, Patrick is responsible for membership development efforts. Patrick is also charged with Monitoring transportation policy issues impacting the corridor. Patrick maintains our social media network, which connects our members to critical information regarding our shuttle services and other transportation-related issues impacting the Route 128 corridor. He received a Masters in City and Regional Planning from Boston University and a Bachelors degree in History and Political Science from the University of Vermont.

Julia Wean is currently the Transportation Management Association (TMA) Program Manager for the 128 Business Council. In this position she maintains connections with our members and their employees, educating them about alternative transportation options and the range of services available to them through the 128 Business Council. She also keeps the communities along the Route 128 Business Corridor up to date on our events and the discussion of smart and sustainable transportation. Julia is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.
Mark Kamiyama

Mark Kamiyama is the Operations Assistant for the 128 Business Council. He assists in shuttle and office operations. Mark is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Denver.
