Alewife Shuttle

Serving Alewife Red Line Station, Lexington, and Waltham.

This service operates during rush hours only, with AM service from Alewife and PM service to Alewife.

Fares

The cash fare on board the bus is $2.00 for employees of participating member companies who present their employee ID cards. Fare for all others is $3.50 per trip. To find out if your company participates, contact the 128 Business Council. These employees may also purchase a 10-ride ticket from the driver for $20.00 when presenting their ID card. Ten-ride passes are also available to non-member company riders at $35.00.

Days of Operation

Shuttle routes operate Mondays through Fridays during the peak hours only. There is no weekend, holiday, or midday service. The shuttle does not provide service on the following holidays:

Memorial Day
July 4th
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Day
